John was my best friend for 38 years starting with when we both worked for Northwestern Bell in the 70's. We stayed close throughout the years. I was god father for his daughter Amy and he was like an uncle to Chris and Matt. The above picture is of the two of us on his visit to New Jersey in 1996, it's my earliest one on the computer. It was taken at a New York City restaurant. We always had a good time! He will really be missed.
John loved to cook on the "big green egg" at his home in the mountains near Belgrade Montana. We had many great times around dinner. This time with Joellyn, David, Peter and Amy while Linda and I visited them in Montana. These pictures were taken when we visited him in 2003.
John was very happy when Peter and Brooke were married last year. They were married on our beach here in Ponte Vedra Beach. It was a great time for all of our families.
